Visitation days for the Warren County Juvenile Detention Center are Saturdays, Wednesdays and Sundays. Parents/foster parents/guardians/custodians may
schedule visits twice a week, with each visit lasting approximately thirty (30) minutes. Only three visitors allowed per visit. Children in the custody
of a county or private agency may be visited by persons authorized by that agency. All visitations must be scheduled at least one hour prior to the scheduled
visitation time by calling in advance (513) 695-1393. Visitation slots are limited in numbers. Call well in advance to ensure you receive an appointment.

Rules for Visitation
Any visitor who is suspected to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and/or drugs will not be permitted to visit.
Appropriate attire must be worn during visitation. Visitors will not be permitted to wear hats, sleeveless shirts/dresses, cut off shorts, etc. or any other attire JDC staff deems inappropriate.
The only visitors allowed inside the facility, other than listed above, are clergy and attorneys.
All visitors are subject to a search at any time and must pass through a metal detector upon entrance into the facility. Refusal to do so will result in denial of visit.
All visitors will be required to show positive photo identification and must sign a visitation logbook.
Visitors may be asked to leave at any time by a JDC officer.
Visitations must be cancelled at least two (2) hours in advance of the visitation. If a visitor fails to show for a scheduled visitation, or if the scheduled
visit is not cancelled at least two (2) hours prior to the visitation, then the failed appointment will still count as a used visitation entitlement.
Verifiable emergencies causing a failed visitation appointment will not count against the visitor.
Visitors may not bring any items into detention. This includes, but is not limited to: a purse, pictures, letters, cards, food, books (unless used for school assignments), etc.
