Letters and correspondence received for detainees must go through the U.S. Postal Service. Staff shall not accept letters or notes dropped off at the Detention Center from family or friends.

All incoming mail will be opened for inspection prior to distributing to detainees except mail from the court or legal authority. If contraband and/or explicit content are found in the correspondence, it will be withheld from the detainee. No packages of any type will be accepted. Detainees will receive two (2) first-class stamps weekly. Additional stamps may be provided by the parent/guardian.
