ARAMARK Management, Inc. provides the required food services for the Juvenile Detention Center. ARAMARK exceeds the nutritional requirements set by the State of Ohio. Detainees are served breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack on a daily basis. ARAMARK works with the medical provider to ensure all dietary restrictions are being followed along with the administration of JDC to provide any special religious diets.

JDC receives reimbursement from the Ohio Department of Education through the National School Lunch Program. The contract is bid every four year with an annually renewal option by the administration of JDC along with the State Office for Safety, Health, and Nutrition.
